Offical Communication Channels
Any SMS correspondence sent to you from us will be from 'RCUK' and will show up as such on your phone. From time to time, we may also communicate using our mobile support SMS number, '078 2888 4247,' which allows you to reply to us and initiate a two-way conversation.
Any email correspondence sent to you from us will be from an email ending in '@rcuk.com,' such as 'mobile@rcuk.com'. Please be wary of non-genuine emails that don't end with '@rcuk.com'.
